Delivery Terms:
The estimated delivery date is indicated for each product. Delivery times depend on the handling time and transport time of each product.

Delivery dates are purely estimated and may vary depending on the logistics companies.

If there are any delays or incidents with your order, please contact us. We will verify the situation with the logistics company promptly. You will be notified of the departure via email and an SMS by the courier, including the tracking number.

Order Confirmation: After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number.

Departure Confirmation: Once your order is ready for delivery, an email will be sent to you with the confirmation of departure. This email will include the tracking number and the name of the courier company responsible for delivering your order.

Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we will send a notification email with the tracking number. The courier company will also notify the customer by text message or phone call prior to delivery.

The customer has 5 days to verify the integrity of all items and accessories in the order and ensure that everything is included as expected. After these 5 days, the shipment will be considered accepted, and claims for damages or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
